We got tired of watching good businesses lose customers to junk mail.
So we built the fix we always wished existed. Optima Mail Guard is made by the team behind Optima Web Design, and it holds your inbox to the same standard we hold our own.
Where it started
The enquiries were arriving. They just weren't being seen.
We build websites for plumbers, salons, accountants, builders, garages and care providers across the UK. Every one of those websites has a contact form and an email address, and sooner or later every one of those addresses ends up on somebody's list.
Our clients kept telling us the same story. New customers were getting in touch, but their messages were buried under SEO offers, fake invoices, parcel scams and endless “quick question” sales pitches. Real work was being missed, and busy owners were spending the start of every day deleting rubbish.
The spam filters built into email apps catch the obvious junk. They were never designed to tell the difference between a customer asking you for a quote and a stranger trying to sell you one. That difference is the one that matters to a small business, so we set out to get it right.
We didn't want a quick patch. We wanted a gold standard fix that we would trust with our own inbox. Optima Mail Guard is that fix.
